Weight Loss Stats

Hello everyone!  Below is where I will be posting my weight loss stats, so I (and everyone else) can keep track of my success.   I will continue updating them every week with the new numbers.  My weigh-in / measurement days will be every Wednesday.

I decided to just keep the subject of "current weight" and "current inches" limited to how much I have LOST, rather than what my exact weight and measurements are.  Reason?   I will be sharing this page with family, friends and coworkers, and also strangers.  I don't feel comfortable with all these people knowing my exact weight and the exact measurements of every part of my body, lol.   But this method should work just fine, as we can still see success in numbers.  I may share that information  later on though, because once you get close to your goal your original numbers then become a bragging right.  But for now, again, its just the amounts lost.

Why do I keep stats on both left and right limbs?   Because believe it or not (for most of us), they do measure differently, and even lose and gain at different rates.  Interesting, and true. So its important to measure them individually, for accurate records of success. Since I am a woman, my waist has extremely different widths at varying points, which is why I have 2 waist measurements.  Men could probably have just one.  But this can give others a good idea what to measure.  And its interesting to see the patterns of weight loss in my body, by location...
